Harris Construction and Restoration or HCR (Harris Construction) is a family owned remodeling and construction company founded by Fred Harris in San Diego in 1978. Since that time, Harris Construction has built many fine projects in San Diego, Los Angeles and Riverside County. In 2000 Jesse Harris, Fred’s son, became a partner. We are based in Vista, California and mainly provide service in North County and all of San Diego County. Our mission is to build well designed projects on budget and on time, establish a business relationship based on trust, and to provide close, professional craftsmanship and management. We work with our clients to try to ensure satisfaction from concept to completion.
